Welcome to the Cap City Co-Ed Showdown presented by Josh Dennis Insurance Inc.
Fredericton, New Brunswick on October 11-13, 2024.

This years tournament will feature 3 divisions and 36 teams.
Tournament Format: 7 males - 3 females. Each team is guaranteed 3 round robin games and a playoff spot.

New Team Fees:
1. The Registration fee for new teams is $600.00, payable in two increments of $300.00 each.
2. The first installment of $300.00 is due by August 1st, 2024.
3. The second installment of $300.00 is due by September 15, 2024.
4. $100.00 of the registration fee per team is non-refunable.

Returning Team Fees:
1. Due to the cancellation in 2024, the registgation fee for returning teams is $500.00, payable in two increments of $250.00 each.
2. The first installment of $250.00 is due by August 1st, 2024.
3. The second installment of $250.00 is due by September 15, 2024.
4. $100.00 of the registration fee per team is non-refunable.

**Refund Policy for the 2024 Cap City Showdown**
In the event that the 2024 Cap City Showdown, presented by Josh Dennis Insurance, is cancelled for any reason, please note the following refund policy: A non-refundable amount of $100.00 from each team’s registration fee will be retained. The remaining balance of the registration fee will be refunded to the team. This policy ensures that a portion of the registration fee covers administrative and organizational costs incurred prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting a successful tournament.

Cash prizing, Rings, Banner, and Trophy will be awarded to 1st Place finishers in each divsion, as well as a crowned male and female MVP for each division. Cash Prizing for 2nd Place finishers. Food trucks on site, canteen, and tons of daily prizes to give-a-way.

2024 will also feature an All-Tournament Team, which be presented before the A Championship Game.

Sportwheels Tent will be set up at the Main Field (Marysville)

We hope to raise awareness to provide the local community with better softball facilites, and manage to host bigger tournaments in the future. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all athletes, coaches, umpires, and spectators. Proceeds from the tournament will be donated back to the local softball community.
